Refund Policy

Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
• Products that have been used or washed.
• Products without original tags.
• Products damaged by the customer.

Refund Process
Once your returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
